JHS Percussion Requirements for JHS Region Auditions

The following percussion instruments will be available at the audition site:
Timpani Audition - 4 pedal timpani -32", 29", 26", 23". (no tuning gauges) Students are responsible for supplying all mallets.
Mallet Keyboard Audition -
4 octave marimba (graduated bars).
Students may bring and audition on their own mallet instrument. All students are responsible for supplying their own mallets.
Traps Percussion Audition - Bass Drum .
Students are responsible for supplying any other required instruments (wood block, drums, crash and suspended cymbals, triangle & tambourine), plus all sticks mallets and beaters.
Snare Drum Audition Students are responsible for supplying their own snare drum and sticks.
